: San Miguel on draft is included, however bottled spirts, wine and champagne is additional but charged by the bottle. We send you a beverage request form which has all the prices on before arrival.
: Last orders are at 11.00pm
: Your private driver is available until 11pm. A surcharge will be added for later times.
: The price of Casa Amore is always the same price if it's 2 people or 14 people.
: To ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service during their stay at Casa Amore, we apply a standard service charge of 7% to the total bill. This charge allows us to fairly compensate our dedicated team who work tirelessly to maintain the exceptional standards of our luxurious villa, from housekeeping to kitchen staff to the concierge team.

We understand that the quality of service can greatly enhance your experience, and we strive to exceed your expectations at every turn. If you feel that the service provided during your stay was particularly exceptional, we welcome you to adjust the gratuity amount to reflect your level of satisfaction. Whether you choose to maintain the standard service charge or reward our team with a higher gratuity, your generosity is greatly appreciated and will directly benefit the staff members who contributed to making your stay memorable.
: Yes we offer many different spa and beauty services & packages, these are an additional cost.
: Yes, our concierge team will call you to arrange exactly what you want waiting for you for when you arrive at Casa Amore, this will happen once the full balance has been paid.
: Yes we do, it's included for 5 and over. If the child is younger, we can provide the service at an extra cost.
: We only rent casa amore out exclusively to one group per booking.
: Unfortunately excursions are not included, however our concierge team can arrange everything for you.
: The minimum night stay is 5 nights

Activities

If you have booked Activities, our concierge team will be in touch with you to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc, only once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed. Please note No 3rd party suppliers are permitted at this property unless booked via Casa Amore.

Jacuzzi

Please note – Any ladies who are pregnant we recommend that you do not use the Jacuzzi. Please do not use the Jacuzzi if you have fake tan on. We recommend that a maximum of 15 – 20 mins is spent in the Jacuzzi at any one time, any longer can result in heat rashes or a reaction to the chemicals used in the Jacuzzi.

Booking information

We require a non-refundable 20% deposit via bank transfer or via stripe only at the time of booking, and the full balance is to be paid 30 days prior to your stay.

We require an additional £1000 security deposit for this property aside from your required balance, which is refundable 7 days after you vacate the property provided that there are no damages and house rules are kept to. For further info please see Booking Terms & Conditions

COVID-19: Book with Confidence pledge:

We offer all guests the option of postponing the booking (depending on availability) or free cancellation, should the respective government advise against traveling to the Canary Islands or, more precisely to Tenerife, local lockdowns or travel bans mean you can no longer travel to Tenerife, or if you have to quarantine on entering your home country.

It is impossible for us as an agency to know who is related to who and from what household, therefore by booking and arriving at the property you are agreeing to be familiar with all the latest restrictions and abide by the law at all times.
