All our guests are contacted before their arrival to discuss dietary requirements and also to find out what food they love most so our head Chef can prepare for their arrival. The Concierge team will also discuss and confirm what beverages, non alcoholic and alcoholic you would like wating for you.

Matt leads a team of onsite chefs, Mark and Albie who both have extensive experience within high standard restaurant kitchens both in the UK and Tenerife.
